Fancy getting fit for the New Year? Our Cat Yoga classes run on Monday evening at both 7:15pm and 8:30pm. The class lasts one hour and yoga mats and water are both provided.  The classes are run by the wonderful Kate Sassanelli and provide a 60 minute workout for both mind and body.
The sessions are safe practices that will make you sweat and work hard, connecting breath with movement. They combine elements from Vinyasa and Yin Yoga with traditional exercise, linked
together in a series of poses that improve strength, flexibility, endurance and balance – all whilst releasing the day’s stresses and strains! Kate’s classes are about exploring your limits physically and mentally, working all parts of your body equally, to create balance that will compliment other activities of daily life. The classes are offered in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere with the added benefits of interacting with our resident cats! What more do you need at the end of your day?
Our classes are open to all levels, including complete beginners.
Please arrive ten minutes before the class start time to allow for a prompt start.
Mats, straps and water are provided but feel free to bring your own.
